Economic expert Ahmed Al-Tamimi explained that the significant gap in completion speed between foreign companies and government institutions is due to deep structural obstacles, led by administrative bureaucracy and a lack of planning vision. Al-Tamimi pointed out that the local work environment suffers from slow decision-making and delayed budget disbursements, accompanied by the negative impacts of corruption and political instability on the fate of major projects. He called for the necessity of adopting comprehensive administrative reforms and updating legal frameworks to accelerate the wheel of development and reconstruction, away from the quota policy that has burdened the state.
